We are very excited to announce that our practice will be re-opening as of Monday, May 11. We are ready with a new schedule in place that ensures the safety and comfort of both team members and patients as we return to full care and service. Our team is now reaching out to patients who have had to cancel their appointments due to the shut down as well as patients who are currently scheduled in the up-coming months.
During the past several weeks, we have taken time to reinforce what we have always done when it comes to sterilization and infection controls, as well as implement additional steps to make sure that every patient can be assured a safe dental experience.
What you can expect during your next visit…
- To ensure proper social distancing, our waiting area will be closed to guests. With the exception of parent/guardian and essential caregivers, we ask that you come alone to your appointment. We will greet you at the door and take you directly to your treatment room. As in the past, treatment areas will be sanitized with hospital grade disinfectants, as will common and high traffic areas.
- All patients will receive and be asked to complete an online wellness check prior to your scheduled visit. If you have run a fever in the past 72 hours, have flu-like symptoms, or have traveled in the last 14 days, we ask that you please inform us and we will reschedule you appropriately.
- Every care provider at Epic Dentistry will be wearing appropriate protective gear to include eye covering, face mask, and hair covering throughout your visit. It is for our safety and yours. Please be assured that we are excited to have you back in our practice and will be smiling under our masks! 😊
We know that during these unprecedented times obstacles like additional time off from work and financial concerns can be barriers to ideal care. We have also taken this time to evaluate our patient finance options and same day dentistry solutions with the intention of making sure dentistry remains affordable with minimal time expended for all those in need.
